Skimmer Pricing in 2026: What It Costs per Pool and When Scaling Up Is Worth It

Skimmer is priced by the number of places you service, not by how many people use it. That makes it cheap to start and predictable as you grow. Here is what each plan costs and includes, from Skimmer’s pricing page, checked September 26, 2026.

All plans include unlimited technicians, admins, customers and visits. There are no setup fees or mandatory contracts, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What you pay at your size

• 30 pools: $49 a month on Getting Started (the minimum covers up to 49 locations).
• 80 pools: 80 × $2 = $160 a month on Scaling Up.
• 250 pools: 250 × $2 = $500 a month on Scaling Up.

At 250 pools that works out to $2 per pool per month, whatever the size of your crew.

What Getting Started includes

Route builder, one-time work orders and reminders, invoicing with online payments and financial reporting, service reports and emails, a customer portal, office alerts, issue tracking, a shopping list, surcharging and the Heritage integration. Photos are capped at 5 per visit and 20 per location, and service texts cost $0.029 each.

What Scaling Up adds

• Quotes, estimates and job management for repairs and equipment work

When Scaling Up is worth it

If you are under 50 pools, the jump is not automatic: you choose Scaling Up because you need its features, and you pay at least $98. It pays off when:

1. You sell repairs and equipment. Quotes and job management turn one-off work into tracked jobs instead of notes.
2. Your routes are long. Route optimization saves drive time every day.
3. You text customers a lot. Unlimited service texts can be cheaper than paying $0.029 per message.

Optional add-ons
